The Heritage Senior Center is located in Dover and was established in 1984. It is a warm, inviting place for people to grow friendships, continue to learn new things, and have fun. The members enjoy a wide array of activities such as exercise classes, pickle ball, knitting/crochet, educational speakers, overnight trips, bingo, cards, and musical entertainment to name a few. There has been significant growth over the years, so the center has been fundraising to build a new center for everyone to have the space to continue to build meaningful relationships and expand our services.

September House was the first senior center in York County, organized by Lutheran Social Services, at the end of 1969. The center is located in the old Moser's building in West York and offers a variety of unique programs. Along with the regular activities you typically see, we have an exercise room, computer lab, game room, HAM radio room, and Tang Soo Do Classes. Various crafts are offered; including painting classes, Cricut design, and instruction.
